We have two jobs, please see descriptions below.

 

Trainee Motorcycle Sales person, could suit school leaver. Initially assisting experienced staff in all aspects of sales, meeting & greeting customers, responding to enquiries face to face, by email, on the phone and all social media messaging apps. Also stock management, such as cleaning and preparing bikes for sale, even uncrating new motorcycles, taking and uploading pictures and videos.

 

Work will be an 11 day fortnight in the Summer, with a dedicated weekday as well as every second Sunday off; and a 5 day week in the Winter with the same weekday as well as every Sunday off.

 

The ideal candidate should be very comfortable using and editing emails, social media apps, and quick to learn new systems such as our bespoke software. Must also have a personable and engaging manner talking to customers from all backgrounds. Must be literate and numerate, able to write correctly in English and cope with simple mathematics quickly and confidently.

 

Should also be able to demonstrate an existing interest in motors and preferably motorcycles.

 

Must be able and willing to work at either of our showrooms in Cupar or Kirkcaldy, Fife.

 

 

 

Part time Motorcycle Sales person. Initially assisting existing staff in all aspects of sales, meeting & greeting customers, responding to enquiries face to face, by email, and on the phone. Also stock management, such as cleaning and preparing bikes for sale, even uncrating new motorcycles, taking and uploading pictures and videos.

 

This job is 3 days a week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (in the Summer) and 2 days a week in Winter, Friday and Saturday.

 

The ideal candidate should be very comfortable using and editing emails, using all IT systems and web sites, and quick to learn new systems such as our bespoke software. Must also have a personable and engaging manner talking to customers from all backgrounds. Must be literate and numerate, able to write correctly in English and cope with simple mathematics quickly and confidently.

 

Ideally should also have motorcycle or at least motor industry experience, preferably in sales, but a motorcyclist with a good aptitude may be considered.

 

Motorcycle licence absolutely necessary.

 

Must be able and willing to work at either of our showrooms in Cupar or Kirkcaldy, Fife.
