Cupar Senior Sales Manager position.
Location Cupar and Kirkcaldy. Salary negotiable
Motorcycle sales manager
5 day week, Sunday and one fixed week day off per week.
Full car and motorcycle licence is mandatory.
Must be presentable, articulate, numerate, literate, and able to deal professionally with people from all walks of society. Must be very comfortable working with modern IT systems.
Should have enthusiasm for motorcycles. Should have good exam results at minimum of Scottish Higher Grade level or equivalent.
The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in motorcycles and motors, have some work experience preferably in a managerial position with supervision of others, probably in the motor industry and experience with or strong aptitude for sales. Additionally very desirable would be a strong practical and theoretical understanding of IT systems generally, including all manner of computer and communications hardware as well as software, and the ability to manage and maintain such systems.
Duties will include all aspects of motorcycle sales, whether dealing with customers or managing used and new stock, and administration of online adverts. Managing all stages in the sale of and advertising of stock, and also assisting in the preparation of motorcycles for sale as well as showroom housekeeping. Additionally, managing a small team of sales personnel and personnel matters in general, dealing with training, discipline, hiring etc.
This job will oversee and require presence at both our Cupar and our Kirkcaldy branch.
Experienced candidate preferred but training will be given in all areas where required.

Cupar driver/ valeter position
Location: Cupar and Kirkcaldy
3 or 4 Day week, Monday to Wednesday or Thursday
Full car and motorcycle licence is mandatory.
Must be a motorcycle enthusiast, with an outgoing personality happy to talk to customers and colleagues in a professional manner. Must take pride in and be thorough with the presentation of a motorcycle and with the drive and dedication to achieve perfect results every time.
The ideal candidate would also have forklift experience, be confident of working a computer based diary, be well organised and able to quickly plan and execute a delivery schedule. They would have experience in a similar working environment and some experience and confidence with minor mechanical repairs.
This will be a 4 day a week position during the summer months and may reduce to 3 days a week in the winter. Occasional weekend or after hours overtime may be required.
Duties will involve motorcycle collection and delivery by van, motorcycle cleaning and preparation, simple mechanical work, interior and exterior workplace cleaning, buildings maintenance such as painting and decorating, and all other handiwork according to ability and business requirements.
