A full motorcycle licence and a passion for motorcycles is a minimum requirement for any of these positions

 

Valeter/Driver (2 positions). 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, with occasional requirements to work on later.

Day may start in either Cupar or Kirkcaldy.

Full car and motorcycle licence mandatory.

Must be presentable, articulate, numerate, and able to deal professionally with people from all walks of society.

The ideal candidate would be fastidious with the presentation of motorcycles for sale and able to routinely finish bikes to tight deadlines. They should also be mechanically competent to do minor repairs, to uncrate and build new bikes and handy generally with maintenance jobs around the building. Experience with fork-lift driving would be a distinct advantage.

Duties will be mainly preparing new and used bikes for sale, collection and delivery of bikes around Scotland, uncrating and building new bikes, fork-lift offloading from HGVs, minor mechanical repairs and builds, general buildings maintenance, plus general cleaning and housekeeping. Occasionally we may require attendance at Motorcycle promotion or other external events.

Training will be given in all areas where required.

 

 

Senior sales, IT and management position. Summer 11 day fortnight and Winter 5 days a week.

Day may start in either Cupar or Kirkcaldy.

Full car and motorcycle licence is mandatory.

Must be presentable, articulate, numerate, literate, and able to deal professionally with people from all walks of society.

The ideal candidate would be degree educated, have a strong interest in motorcycles and motors, have some experience in business, probably in the motor industry and experience or strong aptitude for sales. Also, particularly, experience or strong aptitude for the maintenance of IT equipment, software and hardware.

Duties will include all aspects of motorcycle sales, whether dealing with customers or managing used and new stock, preparation of online adverts, administration of all stages in a sale; then additionally the maintenance of all online advertising, social media, dealer management software, alongside all IT hardware maintenance. This will also lead to increasing management responsibility for the business and for personnel.

Salary will be negotiable.

Training will be given in all areas where required.
